If you are ultimately pursuing a bachelor’s degree, academics will be your path at Hinds. At the Rankin Campus, you can complete the 62 credit hours required to receive an Associates of Art Degree. This degree gives you the foundation you need to transfer to a university and completed your bachelor’s degree.

Plus, students who attend Hinds for their first two years of college before transferring to a Mississippi public university will save over $8,000 in tuition costs alone!

Career & Technical

Get the skills you need to get the job you want! Career and Technical programs are designed to give you hands-on training and education to equip you with a skill set for a specific profession. These programs can be 1—2 years in length and result in either the Career Certificate, Technical Certificate, or Associate of Applied Science Degree.
